Evidence-based consultancy including:

• "Helicopter-view" analysis mastitis management on 3 to 4 farms or farm units of the same farm/dairy cooperation (depends on the structure and size of the farm) of each 1.5 - 2 hours
• Screening milking routine and technique using scoring cards
• Screening management lactating cows
• Screening dry cow and heifer management
• Screening mastitis treatment management
• Video-recording and pictures pinpointing specific issues
• Short discussion based on the farm-specific mastitis management with the farm manager and main staff
• Short summarizing Power Point presentation using movies and pictures for farm manager and main staff
• "Helicopter-view" report with some farm-specific recommendations

 

MEX@CONSULTING PREMIUM (min. 3-day consultancy) (1 specific farm)

Evidence-based consultancy including:

• Detailed and thorough data-analysis of clinical mastitis cases, bacteriological culture results and other available data of 1 specific farm (or farm unit of a specific larg farm consisting of different farm units)
• Detailed and thorough analysis mastitis management on 1 specific farm (or farm unit of a specific larg farm consisting of different farm units)
• Thorough analysis of milking parlor efficiency on 1 specific farm (or farm unit of a specific larg farm consisting of different farm units)
• Swabbing of teats, teat liners and hands of milkers to evaluate hygiene and disinfection procedures (in cooperation with lab)
• Video-recording and pictures pinpointing specific issues
• Thorough discussion meeting based on farm-specific mastitis management with farm manager and main staff
• 3 practicable and obtainable farm-specific action plans tailored to the farm's needs
• Detailed Power Point presentation using movies and pictures for farm manager and main staff
• Detailed and thorough report including the farm-specific protocols for prevention, treatment and dry cow management and farm-specific action plans
